Majeed Waris in London for West Ham United talks
Lorient striker Waris Majeed is currently in London for talks with West Ham over a move to the London Stadium before tomorrow’s transfer deadline.
With Diafra Sakho on the verge of joining Ligue 1 outfit Rennes, West Ham are considering a number of options to replace the outgoing striker at the club.

And Waris is one of the names the club are closely looking at for the moment and according to Sky Sports News HQ, talks between the two parties are under way for his signature.
The striker has arrived in London and his representatives are in negotiations with West Ham as the east London club look to reach an agreement over personal terms with him.
Lorient are unlikely to stand in the way of the Ghana international if the Hammers can thrash out an agreement and the Ligue 2 club are expected to sell for a fee around the €12m mark.
Other Premier League clubs such as Burnley and West Brom have also been linked with a move for the player, but for the moment the Hammers are in the lead in Majeed’s pursuit.
He scored nine Ligue 1 goals last season, but it was not enough to stop Lorient from suffering relegation to the second tier of French football.
