Memphis Depay:More cash, more cars

Memphis Depay appears to be falling out of the perking order as far as Louis van Gaal’s plans for Manchester United this season are concerned.

But after signing a £90,000 a week deal with the Old Trafford club from PSV, the 20-year-old is unwavering except for a change in his taste and love for cars.

Depay’s transfer was reported to have cost Manchester United £25million but for the player, more money means better purchasing power, which is why the Dutch-born to a Ghanaian father, would spoil himself with some of his favourite cars.

His garage is never short of cars some of which are customised, including a black Mercedes GLA 45 AMG, which was reported to have cost him £120,000, and a camouflaged Mercedes. He also drives a Chevrolet Corvette Z06.

Occasionally, the Netherlands international has been spotted taking a spin on his car with friends around town and that is what Depay loves to do on his spare time.

Depay, who has tattoos all over his body, does not only buy cars for himself but also once surprised his mum when he presented a brand new car to her for being there for him  throughout his career.
