One of the country’s emerging bodybuilders, Oliver Rockson Prempeh, is confident of emerging ‘Man Ghana’ in this year’s competition after a vintage performance at the Mr Physique Ghana held at the Golden Tulip in Kumasi two weeks ago.
A former bronze medalist in the muscle-building competition, Oliver was adjudged the overall most muscular body in the competition and was the runner- up in the final competition of the ‘Mr Physique Ghana’.

This, the 32-year-old said had helped him position himself in a better stead to do wonders in this year’s ‘Man Ghana’ competition.
Oliver, who spoke to the Graphic Sports in an interview in Accra yesterday, said he intended to push Ghana’s image in the sports onto the international stage because the country had barely made any impression anytime she found her way in any international competition.
The well-built athlete, who demonstrated his muscles during the competition in Kumasi, was happy that by his past achievements in the competition he could win the ultimate this year.
“I am impressed with what I did in Kumasi and now my target is the Man Ghana competition which I hope to win,” he stressed.
