TECNO supports ‘Ghana to Brazil’ campaign

The country unit of dual SIM mobile phone manufacturer, TECNO, has partnered  the Ministry of Youth & Sports to promote the country in Brazil during the 2014 World Cup tournament.

The company joined  the ministry’s ‘Ghana to Brazil’ campaign, which sought to expose Ghana’s rich culture, stable socio-political environment and investment potential to the rest of the world during the month long- event..

A formal announcement took place at TECNO’s corporate affairs office at Darkuman, in Accra, where the Ambassadors of the ‘Ghana to Brazil’ initiative interacted with top management of the mobile phone manufacturer.

The Chief Executive Officer of TECNO, Mr Maxwell Takyi, said the company was impressed with the efforts the ministry was making to ensure Ghana’s success at the event.

“The company is an integral part of the Michael Essien Foundation, a private initiative by the Black Stars midfielder which supports deprived communities and individuals.
