Theodosia Okoh’s burial today

President John Dramani Mahama is expected to pay his last respect to late Theodosia Okoh who would be laid to rest today.

Madam Okoh, 92,  who died last month, would be given a state burial. 

Her body will lie in state at the forecourt of the State House in Accra where the burial service  will take place. 

The late Okoh designed the Ghana national flag and also developed the National hockey pitch which was later named after her.

According to family sources, a thanksgiving service will be held at the Ridge Church in Accra on Sunday.
