The Group General Manager of Alisa Hotels, Yusuf Olela, in his address, underscored Alisa Hotels' unwavering commitment to providing world-class hospitality.

“Our brand has become synonymous with excellence, and we are continually striving to elevate our offerings," Olela stated. "The new pavilion is a testament to our dedication to meeting the evolving needs of our guests."

The pavilion boasts a versatile conference centre equipped with cutting-edge audiovisual technology, making it an ideal venue for conferences, exhibitions, and grand events.

In addition to the main hall, two exclusive executive boardrooms cater to high-profile meetings and intimate gatherings.

But the crown jewel of the pavilion is undoubtedly the Oasis Lounge. This sophisticated haven invites guests to unwind and indulge in an exquisite culinary journey.

From weekday lunches to leisurely weekend afternoons, the Oasis Lounge offers an unparalleled dining experience, serving up delectable dishes and an impressive array of beverages. Open from 10am to 10pm on weekdays and extending its hours to midnight on weekends, the lounge is the perfect escape for both business and leisure travelers.

Olela emphasized the pivotal role of sustained investment in bolstering the tourism industry. "The successful Year of Return and Beyond the Return campaigns have undeniably propelled Ghana's tourism sector forward," he remarked. "To capitalize on this momentum, we need strategic financial incentives and infrastructure development to attract more investors and enhance our destinations."

While acknowledging the industry's strides, Olela also highlighted the challenges posed by high utility costs, power fluctuations, and inflation. He urged the government to implement measures to mitigate these obstacles and create a more favorable business environment for hospitality operators.

Mr. Mercer lauded Alisa Hotels for its exceptional contribution to Ghana's tourism landscape.

"Alisa Hotels consistently exceeds guest expectations with unparalleled professionalism and service excellence," he commended. "The Ministry is committed to supporting the hotel industry's growth and prosperity."

As Alisa Hotels continues to expand its footprint, with the upcoming opening of a 400-seater pavilion in Tema, the company reaffirms its position as a leading hospitality provider in Ghana.

The unveiling of the North Ridge pavilion marks a new chapter of luxury and sophistication, promising unforgettable experiences for guests.
