Chariots Delivery service first to support road accident victims
The fast growing delivery and courier business in Ghana which is wildly spreading across the country has created employment for a large percentage of jobless individuals in the country since its introduction a couple of years ago.
Courier and delivery businesses have also given customers the luxury of buying items from the comforts of their homes, school hostels, hotel rooms, hospital wards, offices and many other places they order goods and services from.

As a result, the reliable and affordable Delivery service has established ‘The Deliver to support’ campaign, which seeks to support Road accident victims by donating 10 pesewas from delivery sales to the Road accidents foundation annually.
The company held its official launch at the King Solomon’s Height, Baatsona, Accra, on Friday 3 August. The delivery company is the first of its kind in Ghana to consider road accident victims and support with funds.
Speaking at the launch was CEO of Chariots Delivery kaycey Ogbona. He noted that accident victims in Ghana live in appalling conditions and Chariots Delivery and courier service wants to do the best they can to help such people.
‘As the first ever charity-driven courier, we also aim at providing to the society aside providing business solutions to Ghanaians and Africans at large’ he said. ‘This initiative will go a long way to reduce road accident cases and periodically raise road safety awareness to the pubic’ he confidently expressed himself.
He added that ‘this is a different type of courier and delivery service, Chariots delivery is the first Courier and delivery service in West Africa to make updates of real time tracking to its customers for them to monitor tie packages and ordered goods’ he said.
Present at the launch were Board members and employees of Chariots Delivery service including (Managing director) Kingsley Ogbona, (Development officer) Richmond Anim Damoah, (Media relations manager) Justice Bimpeh.

Also at the the launch were Media men and women from various media houses and some well-wishers of the business.
Chariots delivery offers services all major cities across Africa with a focus on same-day delivery in Accra and Tema and next-day delivery to other regional and district capitals in Ghana and to Lagos.
