Lakeside Estate Adjudged Best Developer Of The Year

This year’s event was held on October 26, 2012 at the Banquet Hall of the State House on the theme: “Sustaining infrastructural development for the 21st century.” The Guest of Honour was the Deputy Minister of Water Resource Works and Housing, Dr Hannah Bissiw.

The Lakeside Estate Limited was cited as having the desire to excel above the ordinary with the introduction of an innovative and affordable product —the one bedroom expandable into two bedrooms — which has made it possible for more Ghanaians to acquire their own homes.

Present to receive the honour were executives of the company including the Director, Mr Salah Kalmoni; the Chairman, Col. Timothy Mbro Barnes (retd); the Marketing Manager, Mr Lawrence De-Souza and the new Managing Director, Mr Prince-Joseph Ayiku.

The Director, Alhaji Salah Kweku Kalmoni, in a brief remark said, “We at Lakeside Estate are proud to win the award. This proves that we are the number one real estate developer when it comes to affordable housing. We have successfully built and marketed affordable houses for the past 11 years. We will continue leading the industry with houses for everyone in Ghana. Next year we will introduce the two bedroom flats.”
