Pascaline Edwards hosts “Prêt à Porter” charity show
The charity event, which saw the launch of the actress’ clothing line “Prêt à Porter” (Ready to Wear) also afforded her colleagues, fans, family and friends in attendance the chance to buy some of the clothes and jewellery she wore on set back in the day.
There were many fashion items ranging from jewellery, bags and most importantly some designs from her new clothing line.

Pascaline Edwards' love for fashion has never been in doubt even when she was busy showcasing her talents as an actress who always brought her A game on set. With acting not taking too much of her time in recent years, she decided to give full attention to her fashion business.
Her intention was to officially launch her clothing line in 2020 when she celebrated her 50th birthday on March 28. However, that could not happen due to the ban on public and social gatherings by President Akufo-Addo when Ghana recorded its first COVID-19 cases.

With things coming back to normal this year, Pascaline Edwards told Graphic Showbiz the time was ripe for her fans in Ghana and beyond to appreciate her skills in fashion.
The charity event, which is expected to be an annual affair, was aimed at raising funds to support the philanthropic works of the actress.
“I have been supporting the less privileged and this will be a good medium to get funding. Sincerely, I’m overwhelmed by the numbers here today considering that the event wasn’t promoted but the love my colleagues, fans, friends and family have for me has made today’s event successful,” she said.
