Access Bank pledges support for creatives
Access Bank Ghana has pledged its support for the creative industry, particularly for those working behind the scenes and lacked the needed funding for their projects.
According to the Group Head of Retail banking at Access Bank, Matilda Asante, who was speaking at the signing ceremony to mark the partnership between Access Bank and Gh One television to air, All Walks of Life, a tv series produced by the bank yesterday, February 28, her outfit was keen on promoting creative talents.
“Over the years, Access Bank has contributed immensely to the creative arts industry in Ghana and across Africa, supporting initiatives such as Cultural Weekend by Gallery 1957, I Live For Arts and Art X and will continue to render support to ensure the growth of the industry.

“All these initiatives highlight Access Bank’s position as a lifestyle choice for everyone, no matter the social bracket you belong to,” she said.
She made the remarks at an official signing ceremony to partner GHOne Tv to air its award-winning series ‘All Walks of Life’ on terrestrial tv.
All Walks of Life was launched in 2020 at the peak of covid-19 pandemic and ban on public gatherings.
The series, which was previously shown on Youtube, forms part of the Bank’s commitment to positively change the negative narrative about Africa and equally showcase Ghanaian creativity to the world.
The series, co-created by Access Bank and Emerge Advertising with sponsorship from Kasapreko Carnival Liquor, highlights the unavoidable relationship between people from every social bracket in the society, what everyday life looks like for the typical Ghanaian, and tackles social, economic and various topical life issues.
Mikki Osei Berko, Nikki Samonas, Roselyn Ngissah, Adjetey Annang, Amada Jissah and Anthony Wood among others are part of the cast.

Head of Corporate Communications and Brand Management at Access Bank Ghana, Oluwaseun David-Akindele also thanked Emerge Ghana Ltd. producers of the series, the cast, production crew, viewers for their support.
CEO of Emerge Entertainment, Michelle Attoh, commended Access Bank for taking the bold step to enter the creative arts industry and was optimistic that the series will provide real entertainment to Ghanaian audience and beyond.
CEO of EIB Network Group, Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi, popularly known as Bola Ray who chaired the ceremony, reaffirmed his organisation's commitment to make it fruitful.
He was hopeful the partnership, which will have the series shown on Ghone TV will increase viewership.
