Bernard Amankwah hosts concert in Sunyani

Residents of Sunyani and its environs will be thrilled to a series of songs from the potpourri of gospel artiste, Bernard Amankwah, when he headlines the Sun City concert in Sunyani on Saturday.

The concert, organised by the Sun City radio station is to celebrate a decade of the station’s existence.

In a chat with Showbiz, Bernard Amankwah, who for the past eight years has blessed lovers of gospel music with his annual Celebration of His Grace concert described the concert as  ‘home-coming.’

“Sunyani has been my base before Accra stole me from them and I’m happy to go back to my roots and people. It will be a very great experience, that, I can assure the audience who will be part of the celebration”, he said.

The concert, according to the Presence artiste,  will give the platform for Sunyani to “ have a  renewed confidence in God’s presence”.

He recently premiered the video of his new song, Come To Jesus, on GH one and Bernard is looking forward to thrill the patrons with some of his popular songs including Mercy, Rescue Me and I’m Redeemed.
