D.Fizzy brings What You Want

The twists and turns of life has its own way of making people work harder and that is what might have pushed new artiste, D Fizzy, to come out with his song, What You Want, despite the many obstacles he encountered.

Finding a producer for his works as well as combining school and music making has been some of the challenges but D Fizzy is proud to be out with his latest, What You Want which is based on his true life story.  

According to D Fizzy, his ex girlfriend dumped him because he was a no body but started worming her way back into his life when he started making music and gaining some recognition.

Recorded by Teddy Made It, What You Want is a highlife piece that entreats young ladies not to be obsessed with already made men but also give young men who have nothing a chance because they will also get there one day.

He told Showbiz last week that although he was good at almost every music genre, he preferred doing highlife. “I do a little bit of everything, I sing and rap as well but I love highlife.”.

D Fizzy, real name, Henry Essien,  is a product of the Ghana Institute of Journalism and believes doing music would give him a bigger platform to put his profession as a journalist into practice by serving as the mouth piece of society through his songs.

He started music in 2002 and released some singles which included C.I.A, Naa Kwaaley, Kala, Material Girl, Dance 2 Ma Azonto, Bad Gal Thing and Ready Am I.
