Stonebwoy is not violent - Samini
Sensational dancehall/reggae artiste, Emmanuel Andrews Samini popularly known by his stage name as Samini has appealed to Ghanaians to forgive dancehall artiste Stonebwoy for pulling out a gun during the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards last saturday.
According to him, he has lived with Stonebwoy and describes Stonebwoy’s action as one he took because he was pushed to his limits.
“Stonebwoy is not violent, he was pushed and I have lived with him and I know that, Ghanaians should forgive him… I will also beg for Shatta Wale because it is one of the expected actions of him,” he said.

In an interview on Hitz FM, Samini stressed that Shatta Wale’s decision to climb the stage isn’t news because he expected him to do that as Shatta Wale and that he had done similar gestures to him some years back when they were beefing.
“I know Bandana [Shatta Wale] did not plan to let Stonebwoy fall in his trap this deep because he did not expect Stonebwoy to have a weapon but he went there to make Stonebwoy react small, this is what I know based on the experience I have had with him [Shatta Wale] trying to worry me, ” he said.
Samini however condemned the brawl that ensued at the Accra International Conference Centre.
The ‘Rainbow’ hitmaker has asked the two musicians to smoke the peace pipe by collaborating on a song.
“They should give us a huge single. If they want a hook I am up for that. We can make a show out of that at the studio,” he said.
