‘I’m hale, hearty’, Tekno denies reports of on-stage collapse in South Africa
Contrary to circulating rumours, Nigerian singer Tekno born Augustine Miles Kelechi Okechukwu has denied claims that he collapsed on stage while performing in South Africa.
The speculation arose from a viral video showing an artist experiencing a seizure-like episode during a live show in South Africa.

However, Tekno has set the record straight, dismissing the rumours and assuring fans that he is in good health.
In the clip, several men were seen assisting the collapsed singer, leading fans to speculate that the individual was Tekno.
However, the singer took to his Instagram page on Tuesday to clarify the situation. He assured fans that he is in good health and not present in South Africa.
He wrote,” Hey guys, I’m hale and hearty and not currently in South Africa.
I hope whoever that was in the video is doing well and ok.
Thank you guys. Love you.”
