The Tema-based singer who was a member of the music group, R2bees and was formerly known as Unda told Graphic Showbiz in an interview on Monday, April 10 said this was his time.
“I believe every good thing takes time that is why it’s taken a while for me to drop this single. I had to take my time and make sure what I am bringing out would do the trick for me. Consequently, I can say, it’s my time. Pan Them is about forging ahead no matter the trials or what people do or say. “I no dey see the hater. I dey look for the paper. Throw your heavyweight pan them. If them no go do me good pan them…” parts of the lyrics of the song says.
“There are haters everywhere but you have to tell yourself that they are invincible so that you can carry on with life.
“ Like I said in the song, I won’t allow anyone divert my attention from acquiring the paper, you can hate for all you want, it’s on you,” he stated.
Touching on the visuals of the song which is already out, Kojo Golden noted that he wanted something simple. “The storyline is straight to the point, something people can relate to,” he said.
Speaking about his change of name, Kojo Golden attributed it to growth. “As the years go by, you grow and this comes with a lot of new directions, which is basically the reason for the name change. I want to take my music to a different dimension,” he said.
