“Glory to Jesus Family! By the mercies of God, I was ordained into the office of a Reverend Minister on Sunday.
Over the past 40 years and counting, service in the house of God has been the ultimate goal. I am glad that this day has come, I rejoice in my heart that God’s mercies have brought me thus far.
“I am confident that this, will help me navigate well while I serve as a servant amongst God’s people doing His Will and that only.
“I am very thankful to the Worldwide Miracle Outreach led by Rev Dr Lawrence Tetteh. I am also grateful to Bishop LLewelyn Graham (UK) and his wife who also played a huge role in this ordination. God bless you all,” she wrote.
Earlier in August, the popular singer who is credited with songs such as Okura Ye Mu, Oduyefo and Odo Moroso lambasted her colleague singer, Obaapa Christy for what she said was an an insult to her for using her name on a flyer for a show without her permission.
"This goes to all stakeholders, pastors, bishops, archbishops, programme organizers, choirs, whoever you are. Do not put my picture on a flyer without my permission," she said in an interview with an Accra based radio station at the time.
