Lelo talks about a love destination, a getaway for lovers to escape to, where no one can find them.

The one verse song in Sisaala, Wale and English according to Wiyaala is inspired by the need for lovers to be able to escape to a quiet place without the interference of relatives and friends.

Although not inspired by a personal experience, Wiyaala added that “what I have realised is that, Ghanaians do not take the time to take their partners on vacations to help strengthen the bond between them. Our relationships are quite different compared to the western world, where going on vacations is the norm. Lovers should learn to make time for each other and this song is to encourage people to do that’’.

Lelo, directed by Charlotte Appleton, was shot in the north of United Kingdom, Yorkshire and has a medieval look. In the music video, Wiyaala is seen to be seducing a long haired English man urging him to take her somewhere far away.

Throwing more light on the concept of the video, Wiyaala added that, Lelo was shot in the UK because she wanted something different and Yorkshire was the perfect place for that.

Real name Noella Wiyaala, The Rock My Body singer is also getting ready to tour Europe this year.
