Accra came alive yesterday as the highly anticipated Season 7 of the hit television series "You Only Live Once" (YOLO) made its grand debut at the Silverbird cinema.

The latest installment promises to be a thought-provoking journey, tackling issues such as drug abuse, discrimination against people with disabilities, peer pressure, and the importance of abstinence from sex.

The premiere event was a star-studded affair, attended by an enthusiastic audience that included the cast, devoted fans, and students.

Prominent figures from various sectors graced the occasion, with notable guests like the United States Ambassador to Ghana, Virginia Palmer, Dr. Da Costa Aboakye, Director of the Ghana Health Service, and Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, Minister of Education. 

Renowned actors such as Jackie Appiah and Adjeley Anang also added a touch of glamour to the event.

In an interview with Graphic Showbiz following the premiere, Mr. Ivan Gusishigah, the CEO of Farmhouse Production, the company behind the YOLO series, expressed his enthusiasm for the show's global success.

With pride, he mentioned that YOLO has garnered over 32 million views worldwide, solidifying its status as one of the most-watched television series on a global scale.
