Without engaging residents, the contractor has started digging holes at the frontage of houses to erect poles.
In many instances, the poles have been placed very close to the walls of the houses.
This includes my house, and in addition, the new pole has been positioned only a few feet away from an existing Telecel pole.
Erecting a pole very close to another, which has already tilted right behind my wall is life-threatening.
The reason being that in case of any accident, the poles would fall right into my compound and destroy life and property.
MTN, this is not acceptable. Our lives matter.
