DPE 2025 rolls out for Ghanaians in the Diaspora
After a successful launch in Accra, on November 20, 2024, organisers of Diaspora Property expo (DPe) 2025 have rolled out a roadmap for a grand implementation of the project in the United States and Canada in March 2025.
DPE 2025 is a two-pronged programme aimed mainly at facilitating property acquisition back home for Ghanaians in North America. It is scheduled for March 21 to March 23 at the World Trade Centre of Greater Philadelphia in the United States and then from March 28 to March 30 at the Marriott Centre Hotel, Ontario, Canada.

Organisers of DPE 2025 are Diaspora Property Investment Ltd; Made In Ghana Consulting Ltd and Diaspora Property Expo LLC (North Carolina) in collaboration with Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA), Ministry of Works and Housing, Global Shipping Handlings Limited and other partners.
The roadmap released by the organisers indicated that the US launch of DPE 2025 will come off at the Ghana Embassy, Washington DC, on January 22.
There will then be a roadshow to promote DPE 2025 in US states and cities including Washington, New York, Virginia, New Jersey, Maryland, Georgia (Atlanta), Pennsylvania (Philadelphia), Massachusetts (Worcester), Illinois (Chicago) and Los Angeles (California).
The Canada DPE 2025 launch will happen on February 19 at the Ghana Consulate in Toronto. The 2025 Ghana Week In Toronto from March 1 to March 8 at the Aga Khan Museum will have a special feature on DPE 2025.
A roadshow to highlight DPE 2025 in Canada is planned for March 15 to March 19 in four provinces: Ontario, Quebec, Alberta and British Columbia.
The CEO of Beverly Hills based Global RED Real Estate Limited, Mr Kofi Nartey, is DPE 2025’s US partner. He has extensive experience in the real estate industry in the US and beyond.

He stated at the Accra launch that potential property buyers would come from all over the US and the globe to meet investors, property developers and stakeholders genuinely committed to building Ghana’s future in the real estate arena.
He referred to DPE 2025 as a powerful platform for making impactful connections, creating opportunities and bridging the gap between the diaspora and Ghana’s property market.

The 2025 Ghana Week In Toronto President of Aim 2 Impact, DPE 2025’s official partner in Canada, Mr Julius Ossom also said many Ghanaians and people from the diaspora in Canada were keen to explore real estate opportunities in the country and the right investors, property developers and stakeholders would be available to meet them.

Activities at DPE 2025 will include conferences, exhibitions, panel discussions and investment clinics.
