The Minister of Education, Haruna Iddrisu, has emphasised that marketing is not merely about selling, but about nation-building, innovation and sustainable economic development.

The Minister highlighted the vital role of professional marketing education in equipping individuals with the skills to identify opportunities, understand consumers and drive entrepreneurship and foreign investment.

"For me, professional marketing education serves as a cornerstone for economic growth, innovation and sustainability in any society.

Particularly in a dynamic and emerging economy like Ghana, its significance cannot be overstated," he said.
