Indian Association presents 4-unit classroom to Santeo sch
The Indian Association of Ghana, with support from the RSKC Foundation and SEVA Group of Ghana, has handed over a four-unit classroom block to the Power House International School at Santeo in the Ashaiman municipality.
At a ceremony to hand over the block, the Director of the school, Reverend Joseph Kyei-Baah said the school was started at Adjirigano in East Legon in 2007 to offer free education for the less privileged.
He said the school currently has a population of 250 pupils, 12 teaching and three non-teaching staff.
Rev. Joseph said the school's biggest challenge was lack of classrooms for the pupils and commended the Indian Association of Ghana for coming to its aid.
