The 8th edition of the Meqasa Home and Property Fair, will open on December 5, 2025, at the De Icon Event Centre at East Legon in Accra.
It will be a two-day event happening on Friday, December 5, and Saturday, December 6, 2025.
Since its launch in 2017, the fair, being organised by Meqasa.com, a leading online real estate marketplace, has grown into a trusted real estate event, bringing together top real estate developers, mortgage finance institutions, home improvement specialists, construction experts, and thousands of eager property seekers and real estate stakeholders under one roof.
The 2025 fair is to offer an opportunity for those looking to buy, rent, build, invest, or explore Ghana's vibrant
real estate offerings.
“The goal is to make property search, ownership and investment simpler and more accessible for both locals and expats, and especially our brothers and sisters in the diaspora looking to reconnect with home,” the CEO of Meqasa, Kelvin Nyame said.

For the second year running, Meqasa is partnering Citi FM and Channel One TV to amplify the fair’s reach nationwide.

What to Expect
Attendees of the 8th Edition of the Meqasa Home and Property Fair are to look forward to over 50 exhibitors showcasing the best in Ghanaian real estate and home solutions, on-the-spot property deals and discounts, expert-led panel discussions, question and answer sessions on property buying, land acquisition, and financing.
Other expectations include one-on-one consultations with mortgage and legal advisors give-aways, games, and refreshments.
