COVID-19 active cases in Ghana drop to 904
Ghana’s COVID-19 active cases have significantly dropped to 904 with only 41 new cases recorded in the last 24 hours.
The Ghana Health Service in an update on Thursday, September 3, said the country’s cumulative cases stood at 44,658.
It added that 43,478 people have recovered and been discharged.

The death toll still stands at 276.

Ghana eases restrictions
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in his 16th address to the nation announced further restrictions which were imposed as part of measures to fight the Coronavirus disease in the country.
The President in his Sunday address announced the reopening of the Kotoka International Airport to international flights as well as the resumption of academic work for second year students in junior and senior high schools.
