Doctors strike: Ministry releases list of operational health facilities
The Ministry of Health has released a list of health care facilities where the general public can seek medical attention in the wake of the strike by members of the Ghana Medical Association (GMA).
A statement issued by the Public Relations Unit of the Ministry stated that the facilities which are quasi government health institutions are working in full capacity as medical doctors in those facilities were not on strike.

Meanwhile, members of the GMA have held an extraordinary meeting Friday to review the current strike as well as draw a road map to the planned mass resignation from the public sector.
The doctors have been on strike for the past two weeks.
