Dr Zakir Naik arrives in Ghana to clear misconceptions about Islam
A renowned and dynamic international orator on Islam and comparative religion, Dr Zakir Naik, has arrived in the country to give a lecture on the various aspects of Islam.

The three-day lecture, which will be delivered in Kumasi and Accra, is intended to clarify Islamic viewpoints and clear misconceptions about Islam, using the Quran, authentic hadith and other religious scriptures as a basis, in conjunction with reason, logic and scientific facts.
In Kumasi, Dr Naik will deliver a lecture on, “Mohammed in the Bible”, at the Jubilee Park to confirm the existence of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) in the Bible.
Today at the El-wak Sport Stadium, he will deliver a lecture on the striking similarities between Islam and Christianity and finally end his lecture on October 19, 2014, with a presentation on the misconceptions about Islam.
The event is expected to be attended by Muslims as well as non-believers of Islam. Participants would also be allowed to ask questions, debate issues and clarify any misconceptions bothering them on Islam.
