Fire destroys parts of Tamale market

Fire has consumed parts of the Tamale market in the Northern Region.
The fire which started around 4am Monday morning is said to have destroyed about six shops.
The timely intervention by the National Fire Service managed to prevent the fire from spreading to other parts of the market.
The cause of fire is yet to be known.
