Foundation organises health screening for Ayi Mensah Basic School pupils

The Janet O. Boadi Foundation has organised a health screening for the pupils of the Ayi Mensah Basic School.

The initiative, carried out with health practitioners from The Bank Hospital, brought together students, teachers, and community members to ensure that learners were physically prepared for the new academic year.

Beyond healthcare, the Foundation donated essential stationery items including books, pencils, pens, and other supplies to help equip the pupils with the tools they need to thrive academically.

Recognizing dedication within the school, the Foundation also honoured the headmaster and several hardworking teachers, underscoring the vital role educators play in shaping the future of the community.

Speaking at the event, Founder and CEO, Janet Osei-Boadi, emphasized the dual purpose of the initiative: “This programme is not only about prioritizing the health of our children but also about empowering them with the resources necessary for academic success. At the Janet O. Boadi Foundation, we remain steadfast in our mission to nurture both the health and education of young learners.”

The event marked yet another milestone in the Foundation’s ongoing efforts to foster a brighter, healthier, and more educated future for children in local communities
