Starting from November 30 to December 7, faithful from across the globe will gather daily at Action Chapel International (ACI) on the Spintex Road in Accra for Impact 2025, the church’s flagship annual global convocation.

The event on the theme, “Let There Be a Performance,” and held under the leadership of Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, is dedicated to healing, elevating, and empowering souls, as well as renewing destinies.

This year’s lineup of speakers includes Nigerian televangelist and revelational teacher, Apostle Joshua Selman Nimmack; the President of Eastwood Anaba Ministries, Rev. Eastwood Anaba; the General Overseer of Zion Praise Chapel International, Bishop Dr Bernard Ogyiri Asare; the General Overseer of Global Revival Ministries, and the President of Ampiah-Kwofi World  Outreach, Rev. Dr Robert Ampiah-Kwofi.

Official launch

Archbishop Duncan-Williams launched Impact 2025, the 45th edition of the convocation at the Prayer Cathedral in Accra today.

In attendance were the Chairman of the College of Bishops, Bishop Ebenezer Obodai, the Project Lead, Rev. Francis Dadzie, the Bishop of Governmental Affairs, Bishop Dickson Essandoh, the Resident Bishop of ACI, Bishop John Ahiati, the Director of Finance, Bishop Pat Sarpong, and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Church Administrative Directorate, Bishop Suzzane Nti.

Reflections

In a keynote address, Archbishop Duncan-Williams shared a personal reflection of his journey — from a troubled youth transformed by faith to a global spiritual voice committed to lifting people.

He recounted how his early encounters with God inspired him to travel from school to school, nation to nation, telling his story to challenge and uplift young people.

This passion, he said, evolved into the Impact movement, now in its 45th year — a gathering built to inspire, restore and awaken people to their God-given potential.

Archbishop Duncan-Williams emphasised that Impact was about giving people an experience that would change their lives and help them to discover who they were, what they carried and the destiny within them that they might not yet see.

"So that's one of the things Impact does, we create an atmosphere to give people an experience, a wild experience.

An experience that lives with you, once you have that impact, that you keep looking forward to when this impact comes again," he said.

Lifting souls

Archbishop Duncan-Williams also reminded attendees that Impact 2025 is designed to heal, elevate, and empower souls, teach principles that build character, restore dignity, and prepare individuals for their moment of destiny.

Additionally, he stressed that understanding, preparation, and strong spiritual values are essential to overcoming hopelessness and suffering.

Looking ahead, the Archbishop expressed the belief that Impact 2025 would be one of the most transformative gatherings — bringing double blessings, restitution, and recovery of all that had been lost.

"We look forward to the great things that God has in store for all of us to impact this year.

I believe in God for a double blessing this year, and I believe in God that our stolen goods will be returned and that our fortunes and treasures stolen and hijacked and diverted shall be returned. And shall be recovered with interest,” he said.
