The inspirational piece tackles the ills in society and the evil minds of people which he cautions the public to be careful of especially those they deem as friends.

In the song, Kobby warns, “Let’s all beware and not wait for it to happen to you directly before you realise it”.  He also adds that “these are the dark times and people are desperate to do all sorts of evil”.

He brings attention to the need for people to eschew their evil thoughts against others since an evil plot against a good person isn’t worth it.

He said friends have caused the downfall of many through envy and sings, “we don’t want their kind of friendship”.

The song was produced by Nii Soul.

In an interview with showbiz last Tuesday, Kobby said ‘this is an international world standard music, this song will definitely find its way to the top for the Bass Awards and VGMA, it’s about time my work is recognised because I put in so much.

“ I give music lovers timeless songs to enjoy not just anything for entertainment, purposes. We Na Want no Friends from dem can be downloaded on sportify, iTunes and Amazon”.
