Koku to Akufo-Addo: Give us peace and development
The Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho, has said the Akufo-Addo-led government must progress on the development projects bequeathed to him by the previous Mahama administration.
According to him, there were several development projects that were undertaken by the NDC-led government before the NPP took over after the 2016 polls. To that end, he urged the new government to also provide additional development projects to Ghanaians.

In a solidarity message he presented during the NPP’s delegate’s conference in Cape Coast on Saturday, Mr Anyidoho said among other things that: “We want peace, we shall demand peace.
“Give us the jobs, give us the roads, give us the free education, pay the nursing training allowances, pay the teacher training allowances, pay the DKM customers, pay the God is Love customers, pay the contractors and stop the army worms from entering Kwame Nkrumah’s Ghana.
“The NDC will not create any problems for you. We wish you well, we wish no evil upon on you and we mean well, [but] we will criticize.”
