The five day conference, which was hosted by the Great Eternal Harvest International Ministry (GETHIM) located at Daaban, a suburb of Kumasi, brought together one hundred ministers of the gospel. Guest speakers included: Archbishop Prof. Oheneba Agyei-Mensah (Germany), Bishop Leonie Hall (USA), Rev. Duncan Nuako (Ghana), Bishop Edward Duku (S. Africa) and Pastor Ian Patterson Sharp (UK).

Opening the conference, the Chairman of  AIM, Bishop Prof. Dr Asafo-Agyei Anane-Frempong, who is also the President of IMCOE Ghana, said the conference aimed at improving the knowledge of the men of God and a call to direct them on how leadership in the church should be handled.

Bishop Dr Asafo-Agyei Anane-Frempong expressed optimism that the powerful guest speakers who graced the conference had empowered the leaders to be bold in delivering the work of God.

For his part, Archbishop Prof. Oheneba Agyei-Mensah, noted that the conference had come at the right time to break the silence church leaders were engulfed in.

Bishop Edward Duku of South Africa, who spoke to the press after the conference, observed that the leaders were passionate to be transformed.

The final day of the conference saw the induction of some ministers to take their offices. Rev. Dr Kwabena Darko of Darko Farms, who is also the General Overseer of the Oasis Worship Centre, was honoured with a plaque for his immense contribution to the work of God in Kumasi.

The five-day conference also coincided with the one year  anniversary celebration of Bishop Prof. Dr Asafo-Agyei Anane-Frempong and the 10th anniversary of GETHIM of which Bishop Dr Asafo-Agyei is the founder.
