Menzgold CEO sets up Muslim educational fund with GH¢1m
Brilliant, needy students in Zongo communities are to benefit from an educational fund set up in the name of Sheikh Dr Osman Nuhu Sharubutu.
Nana Mensah announced this when the Chief Imam led a delegation to pay a courtesy call on him in Accra yesterday.

Mr Mensah said the fund was supported by his non-governmental organisation, NAM Mission.
“NAM Mission is a charity organisation in Ghana that is geared towards the provision of aid to the underprivileged and needy in society, as well the development of deprived communities across the country,” he noted.
Explaining why he set up the fund in the name of Shiekh Sharubutu, he said the Chief Imam had played a tremendous role towards peace within the Muslim community and in the country as a whole.

He emphasised that the fund would promote Islamic education across the country.

The Chief Imam thanked NAM Mission and Mr Mensah for the gesture and gave the assurance that the fund would be used for its intended purpose.
