Nestlé Ghana, Oseikrom Aduanepa host Maggi Fufu Party to celebrate and thank consumers
Nestlé Ghana Ltd, in partnership with Oseikrom Aduanepa, has organised the 2025 edition of the Maggi Fufu Party in the Park to celebrate Maggi's deep connection with generations of Ghanaian families through a festive consumer engagement.
The event, held at the GHUD Park near the Accra Mall on Saturday, December 13, was meant to thank consumers for their loyalty and support throughout the year.
It featured a lively atmosphere with food, games, giveaways and entertainment, including a guest artist performance.
It brought together participants from all walks of life, both young and old, who joyfully took part in the various activities lined up for the day.
Attendees also enjoyed a wide range of foods on display, including fufu, banku, assorted rice dishes, stews, salads, and an array of meats and sausages.
To ensure inclusivity, a wide variety of other local and continental foods, including waakye, chek-chek, TZ, light food and snacks were also served, all prepared with Maggi products.
Strong connection
Speaking at the event, Corporate Communication and Public Affairs Manager of Nestlé Ghana, Mrs Deborah Kwablah explained that the event celebrates the strong connection between Maggi and Ghanaian cuisine, using fufu as a unifying cultural dish enjoyed across regions.
Mrs Kwablah noted that Nestlé’s collaborations are flexible and driven by shared objectives, making the partnership with Aduanepa a timely fit for this year’s celebration.

She said the Maggi Fufu Party is Nestlé’s way of expressing appreciation to consumers while ending the year on a high note, adding that the company looks forward to serving Ghanaians “bigger and better” in 2026.
"The inspiration for the fufu party that we are all experiencing this afternoon going into this evening is basically to say thank you to our consumers."
Wherever there's food, there's Maggi. Wherever there's Maggi, there's food. Maggi has this very close association with a lot of foods, especially Ghanaian cuisines and so today, we are here with our partner Aduanepa to bring to life the Maggi experience," she said.

She has a new year message for consumers: "We say thank you to our consumers for how far they have supported us to the end of the year. Our New Year message to every Ghanaian is thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you."
"Let's go into 2026 bigger and better. We will continue to serve you your favorite food and beverages and we thank you for your loyalty," she added.
Enduring success
Brands Manager for Maggi at Nestlé Ghana Ltd, Magherita Amon, said the brand’s enduring success lies in the trust passed down from grandparents to parents and now to the current generation.
She noted that the celebration reflects the season of joy and Maggi’s inseparable relationship with food.
Ms Amon explained that beyond consumers, Maggi also works closely with food operators, making the partnership with Aduanepa a strategic choice to strengthen bonds within the food ecosystem.

She added that the collaboration with Aduanepa Restaurant achieved its goal of reinforcing Maggi’s presence in everyday meals while creating a lively atmosphere for participants.
She encouraged attendees to relax, enjoy the food, and fully embrace the spirit of celebration.
"I will say that we are all here to have fun. So let's celebrate. Let's have fun, enjoy and enjoy to the max," she said.
Promoting Ghanaian foods
According to the Manager of Oseikrom Aduanepa, Nana Kweku Baah the event was held to promote Ghanaian food, culture, and music.

"The main purpose is to promote Ghanaian food, Ghanaian culture and then Ghanaian music. That's the main aim and that's why we are here. Yes. I mean, as you can see, Maggie is the best brand out here so, we stick to Maggie, we don't change our brand," he said.
"We know Ghanaians love their food. So, we are always pushing our food, our culture, our music And in collaboration with Maggie, we always make it happen. This is actually the third time, but this is the first time we are collaborating with Maggie to put it on a huge platform and a big shout out to Maggie for making it happen," he added.
He reaffirmed the organisers’ commitment to sustaining the event annually as a platform to celebrate and promote Ghanaian food and culture.
