The National Service Authority (NSA) on Tuesday formally transitioned its leadership as outgoing Director-General, Mr Felix Gyamfi, handed over to the incoming Acting Director-General, Ms Ruth Dela Seddoh.
According to the NSA, the brief ceremony, held at the Authority’s headquarters in Accra, was attended by management and staff, marking the symbolic transfer of responsibilities to the new leadership.
In his remarks, Mr Gyamfi expressed appreciation to the workforce for their support during his tenure. He encouraged them to extend the same level of cooperation to Ms Seddoh in order to sustain the Authority’s growth and contribution to national development.
Ms Seddoh, in her first address as Acting Director-General, thanked government for the confidence reposed in her and pledged to build on the achievements of her predecessor.
She assured staff of her commitment to prioritising teamwork, dedication, and innovation as the Authority advances its mandate.
Management present at the ceremony pledged their full support to the new leadership, signalling a smooth start to the Authority’s next phase.
