Two remanded into police custody for killing pastor
The two students who murdered the head pastor of the End Time Bible Believers Church in Tamale have been remanded into police custody by the Tamale District Court.
They have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder, murder and theft.

The accused persons, Dogyi Kwame, 28 and Akwasi Obio, 21 whose plea were not taken would reappear before the court presided over by Mr Anthony Asaah on Tuesday, November 28, 2017.

The suspects were arrested last Saturday on a tip-off after they had offered for sale a Toyota Highlander 4×4 vehicle they allegedly took away from the pastor’s residence after the attack.

Dojie, who is said to be a co-tenant of the deceased, and his accomplice, Obo, also took away an unspecified sum of money from the pastor’s residence.
The deceased, whose body has been deposited in the mortuary of the Tamale Teaching Hospital (TTH), has been identified as Ebenezer Ocran, 64, a native of Takoradi in the Western Region.
