Commencement of Parliamentary 3rd meeting for 2025 deferred

The commencement of the third meeting of the first session of the 9th Parliament has been deferred until further notice.
The House was scheduled to start its next sitting on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
But in a notice issued on Monday, October 6, the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, announced that the meeting has been deferred until further notice.
Mr Bagbin explained that a new date will be communicated once the issues necessitating the delay are resolved.
