Bawumia hands over vehicle to Limann SHS
The flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has presented a pickup to the Hilla Limann Senior High School at Gwollu in the Sissala West District in the Upper West Region.

It was in fulfilment of a pledge he made after the late Paramount Chief of Gwollu, Kuri Buktie Limann IV, requested for a vehicle for the school.
Dr Bawumia presented the vehicle when he led a government delegation to the funeral of Kuri Buktie Limann at Gwollu.

At the presentation ceremony at the Gwollu palace, the Paramount Chief of Pulima, Kuoro Osman Deiwia Nankpa lll, on behalf of his colleagues from Zini and Gwollu, expressed surprise at the speed with which Dr Bawumia had fulfilled his pledge.
"Your recent pledge to grant the request of our late father and colleague, late Kuoru Kuri Buktie Limann, to get a bus and a pickup for the Dr Hilla Limann Senior High School is a testament of your commitment to groom quality human resources for the benefit of our country.”
"I ask on behalf of our people, 'What kind of a politician is this?' You promised and you delivered. We are deeply touched and express the same here with elation," Kuoru Deiwia Nankpa stated.
The chiefs commended Dr Bawumia, who is also the Vice-President for promptly fulfilling a promise to provide a pickup vehicle to the only senior high school in the district.
