Former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, last Saturday, paid a courtesy call on President John Dramani Mahama in Kwahu during the Kwahu Easter Celebration in the Eastern Region.
The visit underscored a moment of cordial engagement between the two leaders during one of Ghana’s most prominent festive and business gatherings.
This is a reciprocation of a similar courtesy visit by President Mahama during the 2025 edition of the Kwahu Easter Celebration.
President Mahama was in Kwahu over the weekend to address the Kwahu Business Forum, which took place at the Kwahu Convention Centre in Mpraeso in the Eastern Region.
For almost two decades, former President Akufo-Addo has consecutively visited Kwahu during the sacred period of Easter.
