Ibrahim Mutala Mohammed retains Tamale Central seat in 2024 Election

The incumbent National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for Tamale Central, Ibrahim Mutala Mohammed, has successfully retained his seat.
He secured 52,263 votes while his contender, Sule Salifu of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), received 16,647 votes.
The elections in the constituency were generally peaceful, with a high voter turnout.
