The North Tongue parliamentary primaries was postponed following a High Court injunction after one of the aspirants, Christopher Kofi Eleblu filed a suit challenging his disqualification by the party’s national petition review committee.

But a statement issued by NDC General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah said an Accra High Court on Tuesday, dismissed the case.

“The NEC wishes to assure the constituency and party members that all is set for the election on Sunday,” it said.

Messrs Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, incumbent MP; Aple Bennette and Mr Charles Hodogbey are contesting in the primaries.
