Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will address a regional gathering of Muslim women as well as various professional groups, trade associations and artisans at separate meetings.
She will also interact with the public, including market women, members, supporters and well-wishers of the NDC.
A statement issued by the Spokesperson for the NDC's running mate, James Agyenim-Boateng Monday morning [October 28, 2024] said Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will highlight the superior record of NDC’s achievements in the Ashanti Region, including the ultra-modern Kejetia Martket, new airport and health facilities.
In addition, he said, she will also underscore her party’s presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama’s own tireless effort and commitment to develop the region and the rest of the country.
"Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will further make a compelling case that a vote for Mr John Dramani Mahama is a vote for development, jobs and financial empowerment of women," he stated.
