NPP parliamentary candidate initiates projects

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Bosomtwe, Dr  Osei Yaw Adutwum, has initiated two projects designed to improve access to second-cycle institutions and maternal  healthcare delivery in the constituency.

Dr Adutwum has already started renovating an abandoned  structure at Obo, near Abono at Lake Bosomtwe,  which would be used for the admission of fresh students to senior high school next academic year.

He is also constructing a community health centre at Feyiase, near Kuntanase, to provide maternal and post-natal care services  and reduce infant and maternal mortality in the area.

In an interview with the Daily Graphic, Dr Adutwum said the renovation was expected to be completed by the end of September  to offer admission to 30 students within the catchment area.
