Ghanaian-born professional basketball star Ben Bentil last Saturday took 94 young players through some important drills in the game at a clinic at the University of Ghana basketball court at Legon after which outstanding players were selected to form an all-star team to be groomed further.
Bentil, who played for the Boston Celtics in the National Basketball Association (NBA) in the US, with assistance from other coaches like Ben Cechini, screened hundreds of young players aged between 14 and 21 from academies and clubs in the Greater Accra Region who stormed Legon for the clinic which lasted over five hours.
