4th Indomie Junior Olympics ends
North Darkuman Presby Junior High School (JHS) defeated Assurance International School from Ashaiman 4-3 on penalties to win the football competition at the 4th Indomie Junior Olympics held last Saturday at the El-Wak Sports Stadium.
The two finalists were separated on penalties after an exciting contest which was characterised by sublime skills and tenacity.

About 120 schools from the Greater Accra Region participated in the event, with only 16 schools participating in the flagship football competition.
Other schools were involved in other events, such as athletics, volleyball and basketball.
The schools which came tops were awarded trophies, as well as souvenirs and products from Indomie.
Nathaniel Ekow Morrison, the Chief Executive Director of Global Multimedia Consult (GMC), organisers of the competition, described the event as one of the biggest platforms for young athletes at the basic school level.
He said GMC was dedicated to the promotion and development of sports in the basic and the senior high schools in the country.
The 4th Junior Olympics Games 2015 were sponsored by Indomie instant noodles with support from Events Empire Ghana Limited.
