The coach was charged for misconduct for allegedly abusing Referee Issaka Afful verbally after being sent off during the First Capital Plus Premier League match between WAFA and New Edubiase United at the Len Clay Stadium at Obuasi.

At the hearing of the case, Kila pleaded not guilty to the charge, and after considering the referee's charge sheet and video evidence, the Disciplinary Committee concluded that the conduct of the coach did not amount to misconduct and that he had not breached GFA Regulations.

Meanwhile, Techiman City FC have been awarded three points and three goals in their GN Bank Division One League Week 22 match against Wa African United played at Damongo.

The July 15 match ended abruptly after supporters of Wa African United allegedly invaded the pitch and attacked the match officials when the visiting team were leading 1-0.

After considering the petition and reports of the match officials, the disciplinary committee declared Techiman City winners in accordance with GFA Statutes and Regulations.
