Former Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Richmond Ayi signs with Dreams FC
Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC has announced the signing of goalkeeper Richmond Ayi as part of their preparations for the 2024/25 league season.
Ayi, previously with Accra Hearts of Oak, has agreed to a two-year contract with Dreams FC, extending through 2026.

The club shared the news on Thursday, August 29, expressing enthusiasm about the new acquisition.
“We’re excited to welcome Richmond Ayi to our squad. He has signed a contract that will keep him with us until 2026,” Dreams FC stated in an official update on X, formerly Twitter.
This signing follows a challenging season for Dreams FC, which underscored the need for key reinforcements.
After a strong performance in the CAF Confederation Cup, where they reached the semi-finals in their debut campaign, the team is eager to bounce back from a difficult end to the previous season and the failure to retain their FA Cup title.
Dreams FC will begin their Ghana Premier League campaign against defending champions FC Samartex next month.
