Even before they were crowned champions, FC Samartex head coach, Nurudeen Amadu, expressed confidence in his team’s readiness for the continental challenge.
He told the Daily Graphic about their commitment to making a significant impact in the competition.

“We are ready to play in the continental competition, and we aim to do well,” Coach Amadu stated. “Even though this will be our debut representation in the competition, our expectation is not just to add to the numbers but to ensure we represent the country adequately and make everyone proud.”
