Businesses advised to engage workforce in digitisation process

At a conference dubbed “Future of Work 2024”, in Accra yesterday, she said, “Businesses should embrace new technologies with confidence, but it’s crucial to proceed in a measured way—start small, grow steadily, and always keep long-term goals in mind. Involving the entire organisation in the digitisation process ensures that everyone is aligned with the vision.”
The event, which was organised by Docutech Ghana Limited, a distributor and service provider of world-leading digital office technology products and software, on the theme: “Unleashing the Power of Emerging Technologies", brought together IT experts, bankers and procurement professionals to discuss trends in the technology space.

The Managing Director (MD) for Docutech Limited, Jean Louis Feghali, said the increased digital adoption, highlighted how essential it was for professionals to stay updated on the latest trends and standards, particularly when it came to data security and workforce training.
He stressed the importance of constant training and investment in employee development to ensure businesses remain competitive and secure in a fast-changing technological environment.
