Graphic aims to offer best to clients - MD tells CIM UK team
The acting Managing Director of the Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL), Mr Ransford Tetteh, has said the company’s focus is to put products and services on the market that will be appreciated by its customers.
“We will continue to involve stakeholders in the change processes in order to produce newspapers and offer services that will keep our company as a going concern and the leading media house in the country,” he said.

Mr Tetteh, who is also known as Nana Kwaku Dei, made the remark when a team from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK paid a courtesy call on him in Accra yesterday.
Courtesy call
The team, which included the Chairman/President of CIM Ghana, Dr George Eric Gyamfi-Osew, and the Head of International Relations for CIM UK, Mr Ian Marshall, called on the GCGL MD for a deepened friendly and marketing relationship between the two organisations.
The CIM team also asked Mr Tetteh for his support for the institute’s graduation and awards ceremony, which would be held at the British Council at 5 p.m tomorrow.
Mr Tetteh stated that the company promoted its products through marketing and stakeholder engagement, saying it did not take for granted the role of marketing, attributing it to the many awards the company had received, including the CIMG Media Organisation of the Year.
He pledged his support for a fruitful collaborative relationship between the GCGL and CIM
For his part, Dr Gyamfi-Osew said the CIM UK, deemed it right to call on the GCGL, especially at a time when the institute was having its awards and for the sake of the relationship and partnership between the two organisations.

“To consummate this relationship effectively, we will be doing publications on marketing-related issues for both international and local marketing content.
“Traditionally, we have been doing the graduation in the morning and the awards in the evening but this time we are changing that for the convenience of all,” he said.
Expectations
Mr Marshall said he was looking forward to getting more institutions in the country on board, since Ghana was one of its biggest markets, in order to deliver his support to the country, as well as make people aware of how the CIM could help them to promote their businesses.
“My hope for future years is to engage with more universities, including the University of Ghana, the University of Cape Coast, the Pentecost University and others. We see those people as senior managers in decision making and we want to make them aware of CIM and how it can help them in their businesses,” he said.
